I don't think that she was being temptress-y about it, but Ithink that she 
is trying to make a point, not insult Ron. She may have some hidden feelings 
for him, and that could be a part of this statement. Then again, she might 
have been trying to humilite him by letting on that she knew how he felt 
about her. It might have been an unintentional below-the-belt (<g>) hit on 
her part.
