Well, aside from the kiss (which is a pretty big "aside from"), there is the 
fact that when they are in the Quiddich top box, Ron and Harry go ga-ga over 
the veela. Hermione pulls Harry back down and apparently would be happy to 
see Ron jump right over the side. When Harry and Ron get into The Fight, she 
seems to spend a lot of time with him. And then there's just the fact she 
never calls him a git, etc., which she calls Ron daily. There are more, I 
know it, but I can't think of any.

Confusing everyone as to where exactly her loyalties are,
