surprise me if =that= person died in the process.

I was going to say Dumbledore, Hagrid, or Sirius, but I think that all three
of those are too obvious. I think JKR has been building Snape up for the
part. I think she wants us to miss the forest for the trees, and hate or
mistrust Snape. Then, in the end, he will reveal his true self and save
Harry, while defeating the Evil Lord Voldemort.
