  Maybe I'm dense or something, but the names written in the front of QTA all look like they've been written in the same handwriting.  Perhaps Madame Pince writes the names and dates in the books?  I must be a dunderhead, because I can't see any noticeable differences in the handwriting of each name...not as much difference as there would be on a real sign-out sheet.
