Snape's Puzzle

In SS, Snape's enchantment to guard the stone involves bottles containing
poison, wine, and potions to walk through fire.  Hermione puzzles through
some clues, and figures out which bottle holds which liquid.  Has anyone
worked out which bottle was which?  I spent awhile on this on my last
reread, and I want to see if I did it right.  I hope this hasn't been beaten
to death already!
