True. I fully recognise that my brothers are rather rare exceptions [we've 
had a good upbringing] and that most boys do still think that girls = no 
action = no good. [Er. Pun not intended but snickered over nonetheless.]

So, basically, I guess that if Harry were a girl, it would have had little 
to no impact on how much people who actually read the book would enjoy it, 
but it would have an impact on how many [and which] people would actually 
start reading the book.
