Not necessarily rich, but someone who traditionally doesn't have
to work for a living because they get their income some other
way:  either Land or Investments, to quote Lady Bracknell.  

What I'm really angling for, of course, is the wizarding
equivalent of Lord Peter Wimsey.  :)
