This is an interesting thought, and a posibility, so I'm not saying 
that it couldn't happen, but Voldemort would still be a nusiance, and 
not a threat if he was around, but a ghost. Besides wouldn't 
anticlimactic if there was a big battle and yet Voldy doesn't go 
anywhere.
