Another Mrs Figg idea

What if Mrs. Figg is a Muggle who married a wizard? That could explain
why she can live near Harry as a Muggle without giving herself away to
the Dursleys as "one of those".

Although what her role as one of the old gang could have been as a
Muggle is anybody's guess.
