Nagini couldn't be a Basilisk, because I'm pretty sure she's made eye contact
with Wormtail or Voldemort at some point, and as it says in FB, the stare of
the Basilisk is as dangerous to a dark wizard as anyone else (Unless they are
a parselmouth and contriol it, but I still think it would have been to
dangerous.) Also, didn't she make eye contact with Frank? Plus, she's about
20 feet long or so, if I remember, and Basilisks are much larger than that.
I'd assume she's some type of creature Voldemort picked up in one of the
Jungles he was lurking in, or maybe from one of the dark wizards he studied
under when becoming Voldemort. I don't think she's a normal snake, because
the type of snakes that get to be 20 feet long are constricters, and no
venemous. She's definitely a magical creature, but probably one either
charmed or specially breed against the law.
