Lucius at Hogwarts?

There's nothing in the books to support this, but I have a gut feeling 
that Lucius Malfoy and Arthur Weasley were contemporaries at Hogwarts.
While reading CoS, I got the impression that there's some sort of 
bad-blood between the two that goes alot deeper than their economic 
differences.

In GoF, Draco does tell Goyle and Crabbe that his father wanted to 
send him to Durmstrang.
