Oh, I see definite potential in such a scenario.

Snape fell for James and it was enough to push him back to the "Light Side,"
but when James picked Lily instead... <g>.

Or at least many hp-slashers seem to think.  Could be Lily whom he fell for
and that's why Snape hates Harry.

Draco is a seeker, like Harry <g>.  What I want to know is, where was the
old seeker to the Slytherin team, then?  Or was there one?  I really don't
think Draco can stay on if he isn't at least adequate.  Not spectacularly
good as Harry, but good.
