Exactly my opinion about Lucius. He's surely Arthur's age, if not 
older but Narcissa seems younger, at least in my imagination. I see 
them as one of these couples that build their relation on mutual 
agreements, bloodlines and families- and Lucius was most likely 
hunting for someone like her for ages.
