Ravenclaw Common Room

Penelope was down in the dungeon area fooling around with Percy. 
Percy came around the corner only moments after Penelope. 
Harry and Ron expected her to be a slytherin because she was in 
the dungeon area. She stated her house to be Ravenclaw. She was 
further identified later when Harry saw her in the hospital. 

Somewhere it states that there entrance is guarded by a knight.
