I took this to mean that Gryffindor gets a penalty shot. I'd rework the
quote by Hooch to read, "Penalty shot! Penalty shot to Gryffindor! I've
never seen such tactics!" A penalty shot happens when team A breaks a
rule in a game so that team B gets to try and take a shot at their
goal.

Of course, I could be wrong. Anyone care to correct me? I'm not much of
a sports watcher either.
