Draco is also a constellation.

I'd be surprised if Draco was an animagus.  He has never struck me as 
someone who would go out and try to apply himself to something this 
intricate and involved.  Plus, what would he do with Crabbe and Goyle?
These guys are sidekicks don't seem to have the brainpower needed to 
figure out the Animagus transformation, so Draco would have to do all 
the thinking. 

Plus, can an Animagus turn into a Magical creature?
