Did Black strongly believe that Lupin was the spy? I'm not sure
that's indicated other than in the fact that Black didn't tell
Lupin about the switch of Secret-Keeper, and that might be simply
good security practice, need to know. They say "Three can keep a
secret if two of them are dead" -
