Well I agree. My guess is that Snape wasn't among the
DE at the rebirthing. And he's the one who could have
left Voldemort forever, even though JKR wants us to
have doubts about that.
On the one hand, we could believe Snape flinched
because he was there with the DE and he's afraid Harry
could name him too. On the other hand, he might just
be surprised that Harry can name the death-eaters.
It's the same when Harry wants to see Dumbledore and
tell him he's seen Crouch in the Forest. It looks like
Snape wants to prevent Harry from seing Dumbledore,
and from finding out what Crouch has to say. But maybe
he's just fed up with Harry always straying in the
corridors.
