I have to add my agreement here.  JKR has gone out of her way to make 
Cho as nice as possible. She turned Harry's invitation to the Yule 
Ball because she had already said yes to Cedric.  She certainly did 
not owe Harry an acception just because he is Famous Harry Potter.  
As much as I love Harry, even I can see that.  I also think Harry 
accepts that; he doesn't resent Cho after she turns him down, but 
continues to admire her from afar.
