[HPforGrownups] Two problems in the very first chapter

:-D....I was joking with that, I could not help it. ^_^ I find it hilarious 
when Hermione does it in the books.

Floo powder is very possible as we know that magical fires like that is 
possible at Hogwarts. That bothers me though...

In GoF Sirius' head appears in the fire in the Gryffindor common room to talk 
to Harry. He did it quite easily, just broke into a wizard house. Now, why is 
it that easy to get into a common room? And why, in PoA, couldn't he have 
come through the fire?
