A topic with Butterbeer, Quodpot, and my sig.

1) Is Butterbeer alchoholic or Not?

 I think Butterbeer probably isn't because, well, kids
drink it freely without getting the slightest bit
drunk. But since Winky does get drunk, I'll have to
make a compromise. My theory is that it is of
extremely low alchoholic content, so it's not enough
to get anyone but the most extremely sensitive (or
hypochondriacal) person vaguely drunk, but its just
enough to get a house elf drunk, if they keep at it
enough.

2) What's up with Quodpot?
 The way I see it, QTTA's explanation didn't sit with
me, but it seems like a cross between basketball, hot
potato, and playing with explosives. At any rate, it
seems uniquely American, but I'd like to get other's
inputs on the discussion, because, that's what
discussions tend to do.
