He was putting on a show. If a student learned something wonderfully, 
that the real moody would be proud of, it would be awfully strange if 
he just grumbled "oh yeah good mumblemimblermmnmbnvgd thas grayt yeah"
 "Crap! Voldemort is gonna be <I>SO<I> mad now." "Whyd I have to go 
and do that?"
