Which Hogwarts class would you attend?

     In response to Cindy's question, I would take Ancient Runes.  I 
thoroughly enjoyed learning Cyrillic thirty years ago, and taught 
myself Elvish the first time LOTR was hot.  I have to admit, though, 
that Runes seems to have very little relevance to the wizarding real 
world.  It just appeals to this calligraphy dilletante.
     The class I would be least likely to take is Potions.  I never 
took chemistry in High school or college, and I have gotten along 
very nicely without it, thank you.  I do appreciate Snape's passion 
for it.  I had a math teacher who shared that passion for the 
interplay of numbers, and felt sorry for him trying to kindle that 
same passion in my heart.  It would be the same with Severus.
