None of the Harry Potter books are available in electronic format 
legally. We do not support or allow pirating of Rowling's books on 
this list, so please don't ask that kind of question. And to 
everyone else, if you know where such a thing might be found, DO NOT 
POST ANY SUCH INFORMATION HERE!
