Mrs. Figg was mentioned in Book 4 when Dumbledore tells Sirius to gather the 
"old crown", including Arabella Figg, whose the same Mrs. Figg that baby sat 
Harry when he was a child.  Godric's Hollow is the town where Harry's family 
lived when he was a baby.
