Ah, but Big V. didn't kill Quirrel by AK - he just left the body 
(which had pretty much been ravaged by Harry's touch anyway) to die.  
If we're going by Milz's theory that *specifically* AK transfers 
power to the wizard who casts it, then Big V's statement doesn't 
contradict it. 

By the way, it's a great theory, Milz!  When I read it, I remember 
thinking that there may be some flaws somewhere, but I can't remember 
if I came up with anything concrete.  

Jen (who wonders if JKR's minions are reporting our speculation to 
her at this moment, and THAT is why book 5 isn't out yet.)  ;)
