Also - Harry speaking, Mr. Malfoy refers to Draco's father, Malfoy to 
Draco - except when Harry was listing the names of Death-Eaters he 
saw... Big chance?

Hagrid is easier to pronounce? A custom, perhaps?

Dumbledore might say Lord Voldemort (did he?) - but Harry won't be 
bothered with 'Lord' when it comes to Voldemort...
