I read children's lit (I'm a 28 yr old, MWM computer geek with 2
children too young for HP) because quite frankly I believe it to be
more wholesome than what is written for adults. No sex, drug, a grey
areas of morality. I find children's books to have more action than
adult books. I also find that they are better at satisfying my
escapist needs.
If I'm not reading technical manuals or other non-fiction, I'll have
my hands on a book written for a twelve year-old boy...
Jason, whose literary tastes suffer from the Peter Pan syndrome....
