No, because Ron fell for Fleur first, and she was DEFINATELY wrong! :-)

Which is pretty obvious, since she (I think?) should be graduating next year and doesn't really have time to date a fifteen-year-old.

I don't know... did she really "fall" for him?

Under that arguement, Hermione didn't really "fall" for Victor, either. She went to the dance with him, but seemed pretty disinterested and even occasionally irritated with him after that.
