While I can apprciate your enthusiasm, I must strongly disagree. There are far too many holes in this theory. First and foremost is Snape's attendence of the Quidditch matches, which take place during day time hours. Unless JKR is going to invent an entirely new kind of vampire lore, this could never be possible. Secondly, why would Snape want to teach DADA if vampires are considered a dark creature? 

I think a more plausable theory is that Snape is half vampire (even though in most vampire mythos, vampires can't breed). Perhaps his father as a vampire, and he ran out on Snape and his mom. It could be why he wants to be the DADA teacher so badly - he could be very bitter towards his vampire father, and thus be bitter towards all dark creatures.
