Another CoS Inconsistency

Hi-

I'm new to the group and this is my first posting.  I just went through
the group's Mysteries and Inconsistencies FAQ and I want to offer
another.

In CoS, chapter 17, after Harry destroys the Riddle diary therby
reviving Ginny Weasley, Ginny says, "I've looked forward
to coming to Hogwarts ever since B-Bill came...."  Ginny Weasly was not
yet born when Bill came to Hogwarts.  In CoS Ginny is a first year at
Hogwarts (11 years old.) Earlier we learned that Gryffindor hadn't won
the House cup in five years, so at that time Ginny was 6 years old. 
That last time they won the cup was when he brother Charlie was in his
last year at Hogwarts.  Charlie therefore started Hogwarts one year
before she was born, and Bill is older than Charlie.

Any thoughts?
