Argh! I completely missed that! Everyone disregard the message where I just 
wrote there's no Canon eveidence. Ok, so then Bill must be at *least* 22 or 
23 meaning he was at least 11 or 12 when Ginny was born. However, Ginny could 
very well have meant she was looking forward to Hogwarts ever since she could 
*remember* Bill going there. If he was 17 in seventh year Ginny would have 
been about 5 and akready looking forward to Hogwarts. Which makes sense as 
kids that age often look forward to school.
