OK, here are my guesses (they're a bit crazy, but I like them :-)


Crookshank's bottlebrush tail (doesn't it remind you of a certain 
Weasley's ponytail?)

Dudley's Smeltings stick (um, I'm writing a fanfic about this -- 
Harry got a pretty important stick when he started school too, 
remember? Heheh!)

red and white/green (maybe not good and evil, but two sides of the 
same coin -- or two forces that must exist and can maybe be joined 
together?).
