Yes, I realize that was the point. And I argued the point. Fleur was equal to 
the other champions, not less impressive. If you think about the actual magic 
the champions used for the tasks Fleur was just as good as the boys. The 
second task she did badly in but that was the only task that didn't require 
magic once it was underway. The judges gave her points anyway because of her 
good use of the bubblehead charm. Hardly less impressive as far as Magic 
goes. Her skills in Charms and Enchantments in wonderful!
