Yeah. I was just rereading SS when I noticed this little beauty of a line:

"I can't, there isn't a reserve seeker. If I back out, Gryffindor can't play 
at all." 

It made little sense that they played that last game, even if it *was* the 
last game. Why would have to forfeit. After all, without a seeker they 
couldn't win the game! 

There was something else I noticed. One of the smaller mysteries of the 
Potterverse, I'd say. According to Hagrid, Quirrell had taken a year off to 
study abroad-so who was the DADA teacher during that year? The world may 
never know. 

Also, I'm not sure if it's relevent to any of the currently active topics, 
but I noticed in the movie (don't worry, just making a quick refference.) 
when they are looking at the trophies you see 'MG McGonagall-1971'. Was this 
ever mentioned in the books? Did McGonagall play Quidditch? 

I'm just posting that information incase it will help any current debates. 
Who knows-maybe the ongoing age debate?
