Thoughts about writing books 5-7 (WAS: Playing the game )

Agreed. However...

1) Living at Dursleys - partly someplace else since book #2. How 
Harry leaves them for Hogwarts is somewhat essential theme repeated:
Book #1: Hagrid gives the thing to make Dursleys/Fluffy to do so.
Book #2: Highly unusual means of delivery/getting there.
Book #3: Escape.
Book #4: BIG GAME, port-key.

2) Pattern-difference point in Book#4: Harry did not go to Diagon 
Alley. (Mrs. Weasley did it for him) So... Is Harry going to Diagon 
Alley during Books 5-7 or does he get the books otherwise, i.e. as 
birth-day presents?

3) Train to Hogwarts: First book: Meeting Ron, Hermione, Malfoy, 
Crabbe and Goyle; 2nd book: not that way; 3rd book - getting to know 
Lupin; 4th book: nothing important?; 5th book: Prefects introduced? 
an event; 6th book - no events in the train; 7th book: A new 
character again!

4) Hogwarts: new spells and objects. Speech/Sorting - either Harry'll 
miss it, like in 2 and 3 or we meet new characters, get information 
or other knowledge yet unrevealed.

5) Events: Harry's headaches, new info, key events around Halloween, 
Christmas, Easter - Climax just before the term ends.

Order of the Phoenix...
Anything to do with Fawkes or the legend of the phoenix that dies and 
lives again... 
As did Voldemort(sort of)
Nearly everyone thinks PP is dead and was on the good side, while 
he's on the bad side alive. Would he come to public knowledge again, 
end up dead, but doing a good deed last?
Sirius was "dead" - imprisoned, then haunted by ones who'd kill him 
at sight - will he live again as free?
Will Harry have a phoenix named Order as a pet? (Something happens to 
Hedwig?)
Is the "old gang" a group of people forming a sort of knightly Order?
Is there an "Order of Phoenix"- reward, much like "Order of Merlin" 
or will it be founded?
Is it a set of rules considering freeing those who've been imprisoned 
but found innocent? (Sirius liberation again!)
Or all of those - the reward being protecting the rules, and 
membership in the group...
Any other ideas?
