I've been looking through the books and I've been having difficulty
resolving the following questions in my mind.
1) Does Quidditch affect the House points?
It seems to, but I haven't been able to find the references that gave me
that impression.
2) If it does, how?
Are the points a team gets in a game directly given to the House? Ex:
Hufflepuff beats Ravenclaw 170-30. Hufflepuff gets 170 House points and
Ravenclaw gets 3
Does the winning team get an arbitrary number of House points for
winning. Same example and Hufflepuff gets like 50 points for the win?
Or does only the winner of the Quidditch Cup get a number of points for
their House?
Ex: Hufflepuff wins the Quidditch Cup by 30 points and they
get an arbitrary 50 points for the winning of the cup.
-or-
Ex: Hufflepuff wins the Quidditch Cup by 5 points, and
they get 5 points for the House - reflected off of by how much they won?
Any thoughts? References? I couldn't find any.
