The only evil female I can think of is Mrs. Lestrange, a Death Eater in 
Azkaban. Narcissa *might* be evil, but I like to think that there's more to 
her. And Rita Skeeter was just annoying.

Well that was an interesting post and it brings a thought to my mind about 
Lily. She would be the oxymoron in this theme; Her hair was red and her eyes 
were green.
