Well, since Texas does have one of the 2 professional US Quidditch
franchises identified by JKR in QTTA, I think it's only fitting that
Texas (which, btw, is a huge chunk of American real estate to just
ignore -- <g>) should have one of the larger American wizarding schools.
We Texans on HP4GU-Texas figure it could be located easily enough in the
vast unsettled lands of western Texas where the Sweetwater All-Stars
franchise is, in the Hill Country of central Texas, in the Valley, in
the piney woods of Eastern Texas ... lots of places. But, there simply
*must* be a Texas wizarding school. If California gets 2 schools ...
Texas should have at least one after all.
