   Percy absolutely will not go over to the Voldemort 
camp...knowingly.
   "Knowingly" is the key word.  I do believe that his strict 
adherence to...OK, obsession with...following rules can be utilised 
in such a way as to maneuver him into serving V's ends, but he will 
have to be hoodwinked into it.  He is clever, but not wise, smart but 
not savvy:  these are the chinks in his armour.  If Percy is to be 
subverted, that, IMO, is how it will happen.
