     It seems to me likely that these anamolies are
the direct result of regular use of the wolfsbane
potion. Not only does it permit the werewolf to retain
his human intelligence, if taken at the right phase of
the moon, but regular imbibbing confers and certain
resistance to the transforming effects of the moon -
it is possible this side effect has not yet been recognized.
