MOVIE: an extra scene...straight from JKR

Well. As I see it, the big problem with this is trying to figure out what 
was added at JKR's behest and what was simply "dramatic license" in 
translating the written word to the screen. How will we be able to tell the 
difference? The scene in the trailers, frex, in which Percy tells Harry and 
Ron that the stairs like to change, certainly isn't in the book. How will 
we know what Columbus decided to shove in on his own, and what Jo wrote 
herself?

Allyse, who won't see the movie but will enjoy the discussions anyway
