   Well yes. We see the Slytherin team do a lot of
fouling, and being penalized for it, but the only real
attempt at cheating is Malfoy and co.'s Dementor
impersonations. Given the lack of evidence it seems to
me a little unfair to *assume* Slytherin must have
cheated to win. I mean one would have expected one of
the Gryffindors to comment on the fact if it were so.
