Draco as Prefect prediction

Canon has no yet revealed, but I suspect that the head of each hosue 
has near unilateral discretion in choosing the prefects from his 
house, absent strong disagreement from faculty, or Dumbledore's 
veto.  Herefore, it is a high liklihood that Draco will be a prefect, 
and I agree with the posters who have said how much fun that will be.
