How Sirius found Harry (was Quick Question)

Didn't Hagrid borrow Sirius's motorbike to bring Harry to the 
Dursley's when he was a baby? Hagrid probly told Sirius then where he 
was taking Baby Harry on Dumbeldore's orders.
