Hi fan,
I don't believe it says anywhere in Book 4 that the teenage Voldy died. He
was spotted by the old caretaker, but no one else saw him, so doubted that he
existed. The three Riddles that were killed were Tom (Voldy's dad) and Tom's
parents, Voldy's grandparents. (Voldy's real name is Tom Riddle, like his
father).
