Was that outlawed then? I don't remember reading that it was, but I've only

But he did, didn't he? He got the Ministry and was looking forward to Black 
getting the Dementors kiss when Harry & Hermione helped Black escape.

Also, I wonder if Harry, Hermione & Ron (and anyone else in their year that's 
broken a few laws) would be eligable to anything like a secure unit under 
Wizard Law? Wonder if there even is such a thing in the Wizarding world...
