Apparating in Hogwarts...

I think that what house-elves do, is not apparating. It's just something 
else. Like Port-key isn't apparating - nor using floo-powder. Also, I think 
there's a special room where apparating is possible (The tower usually 
forbidden from students), but only within the area, so that they can teach 
apparating. Like: Apparate to the spot right next to you or downstairs. 
(Limited, so it's safer and they don't have to go looking for 
apparatus-students trying to get their licence). Then, they might go to 
Hogsmeade for further training - this time apparating farther off. (Could 
get lost into er.. Godric Hollow. Harry might meet his parents ghosts there 
or something after making some apparating mistake...)
