Hmmm, this one is definitely trickier than the date question. And certainly has to be divided into male and female.

1) Female: Either NArcissa Malfoy, for the mere reason that I'd always drop in at Malfoy Manor when I'd be sure she's not home and, while pretending to wait for her, I'd make shameless (and hopefully, successful) passes at Lucius. 

Or McGonagall, because she's loyal, intelligent, has some sense of humour and a lot of sarcasm. And she certainly has a very human side (just think of Quidditch!)

2) Male: If I wanted a mere friend, I think I'd choose Bill Weasley, as I don't go for redheads, so no hormon problems and we could just have fun.

Otherwise: Snape. Three-step operation: First impress him with cool intellect, then defrost him by long evenings, sitting by the fireplace talking and drinking lot of Ogden's Old, and finally get him laid. Yesssss!
