There are too many funny moments for me to just list one, but my 
favorite serious (and no pun intended here) is:

My favorite scene in the entire series has got to be all of 
"Hermione's Secret", chapter 21, PoA.

My second favorite scene is "The Leaky Cauldron", chapter 4, PoA.

What I wouldn't give to spend a week in Diagon Alley...
